Chocolate

Plain: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup water + 1/2 cup ice (optional)

 

Choconana: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup water + 1 medium banana

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberry: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup water + 1 cup fresh or                                                                    frozen strawberries

 

Chocolate Minty: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup water + 1/8 tsp mint extract

 

Chocolate Banana Nutter: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup water + 1 medium banana +                                                          1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter

 

Mocha Chiller: Chocolate Shakeology + 1 cup unsweetened black coffee (cooled) + 1/8                                 tsp almond extract (optional)

Cafe Latte

Plain: Cafe Latte Shakeolohy + 1 cup water (almond milk) + 1/2 cup ice

 

Hazelnut Latte: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop Café Latte                                                                   Shakeology + 2 Tbsp. chopped raw hazelnuts + 1 tsp. pure                                                         hazelnut extract + 1 cup ice

 

Salty Caramel Latte: 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup low-fat milk + 1 scoop Café Latte                                                           Shakeology + 1 dash sea salt + 1 tsp. pure caramel extract + 1 cup                                           ice

 

Mocha Caramel Latte: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk + 1 scoop Café Latte                                              Shakeology + 1 tsp. pure caramel extract + 1 cup ice

 

Cinnamon Dolce Latte: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop Café Latte                                                                  Shakeology + 1 tsp. ground cinnamon + 1 cup ice

 

Banana Spice Latte: ½ cup water + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop Café                                              Latte Shakeology + ½ large banana, cut into chunks + 1 tsp.                                                      ground cinnamon + 1 cup ice

Reminder::

  • You can subsititute your liquid (water, milk, almond milk, coconut water).

  • If your counting calories banana, peanut butter, and other additions will increase calorie count.

  • Recipes are written for one serving (1 scoop) of Shakeology.

  • Adding ice to your Shakeology will make it thicker.
