Eat Healthy even on the RUN!!

 

This is my second time through the Ultimate Reset and my goal is to do this at least once per year. I find it is a good way to clean up and clear out any toxins that are accumulated through normal daily living in this world today. I travel quite a bit for work and with that I feel I am exposed to more toxins and unhealthy air quality in airports, airplanes and hotels. I maintain a healthier lifestyle at a 90/10 rate and for me this just helps me regain control of portions and eliminate any cravings that start creeping back in.

 

 

 

 

 

The bonus for doing the UR is losing the belly pouch, weight and inches effortlessly! I also injured my shoulder so this was a great way to focus on my body and mind and allow my shoulder the time it needed to heal because it is recommended not to do any hardcore workouts while on this journey. I slept so well every night and felt rested when I woke up. I did not experience any negative side effects and would only recommend slowly eliminating caffeine before starting so you do not have to deal with withdrawal headaches as some have had to deal with the at the beginning. I also enjoyed the motivation and support from the private participant groups where others are also on their reset journey and the moderators of the groups are amazing and responding and supporting any questions or concerns that you have along the way. If you are on the fence, it is time to jump off and just do it, because I believe you can do anything for 21 days and your body will thank you!!
